Shipping Policy

Bunnies are available for local pickup only. The rabbit digestive tract must have a constant supply of food and water to prevent serious illness. Rabbits are also prone to heart attacks if frightened and do not like to travel. For these reasons, shipping is unavailable for bunnies.

Merchandise is shipped via UPS or USPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All prices include tax and shipping.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for animals or merchandise. If merchandise arrives damaged, the purchaser can return the damaged goods to Bunnies R Us at the purchaser’s expense for the same item. Bunnies R Us must take receipt of the damaged goods no later than 14 days after the purchaser received the original item. A copy of the original receipt must accompany the merchandise to receive credit. This policy does not apply to animals.

Bunnies R Us takes no responsibility for damage caused to wooden, metal, or other cage parts from animal chewing behavior. This behavior is normal and to be expected. There are no refunds or exchanges for chewing damage.

All animals are alive and healthy when sold. At the time of purchase, ownership and full responsibility for animals transfers to the purchaser.
